Civil and Construction Engineering Department is responsible for plant layout, architecture, and infrastructure work. Besides designing architecture internal and outside appearances, Architecture Engineers work on facilities land expansion, coordinating with field construction teams, reviewing engineering drawings and controlling project timeline and quality. Structure Engineers design architecture load bearing system based on Architecture engineering design proposal, such as buildings and roofs in the horizontal loading system and masonry, columns, and shear walls in the vertical loading system, ensuring architecture safety and stability with high construction feasibility.
1.Work for pre-project: prepare technical measures, provide survey data to geological exploration units, and cooperate with Party A to select the structural form and foundation form.
2.Combine market price to provide necessary support for Party A to compare and select the cost of various structural forms.
3.According to the specification, the structural modeling, overall calculation and single component design calculation are carried out; Carry out preliminary design, construction drawing design, as-built drawing design, etc.
4.Do a good job in Party A's service work, including pre-project consultation, mid-term design, post-delivery, acceptance, etc.
5.Participate in the evaluation meetings organized by the construction unit or competent department.
6.Cooperate with Marketing Department in business and technical work.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
2. 3-5 years working experience in chemical process design or working experience in design institute is preferred.
3. Relevant registration qualification is preferred.
4. Familiar with relevant design specifications, able to work independently and have strong professional skills.
5. Good writing skills and strong understanding and communication skills.
6. Ability of continuous learning.
7. The ability to work in depth.
1.Responsible for the design of general architectural plans and construction drawings for design projects.
2.Collect basic design information and participate in communication, reporting and coordination of projects.
3.Complete structural modeling, overall calculation, single component design calculation according to specifications. Conduct preliminary design, construction drawing design, as-built drawing, etc.
4.Provide necessary information for general plan and construction drawing, and cooperate with other specialties to achieve the design function according to the requirements.
5.Cooperate with the construction unit for planning and construction approval and other related work, participate in various evaluation meetings organized by the construction unit or the competent department, and participate in pre-project consultation, mid-term design, late delivery and acceptance.
6.Cooperate with Marketing Department in business and technical work.
