1.Draw equipment layout, pipeline level (elevation) layout, pipeline axonometric diagram, pipe mouth orientation, pipe rack layout (plant-wide external pipe).
2.Draw pipeline partition index, hose station and heat tracing pipe layout.
3.Prepare pipeline design description, pipeline data sheet, pipeline checklist, comprehensive material list, heat tracing pipe list (if any), and determine pipeline data sheet.
4.Responsible for the design of pipe support (hanger) in the production unit, including pipe rack table, pipe rack diagram and spring rack table.
5.Responsible for the calculation of deflection, flexibility and stress of piping system within the specified range (critical or key) in production units.
6.Responsible for the calculation of the wall thickness (compressive strength) of metal pressure pipeline, and check and calculate the strength of non-standard pipe fittings (mainly refers to toxic, flammable, explosive, high temperature and high pressure medium).
7.Responsible for the calibration calculation of the allowable load range of sensitive equipment (such as steam turbine, compressor, pump, etc.) connected to the end of piping system within the specified range.
8.Design of process, heat supply and other external pipes for the connection between devices in the plant area.
9.Put forward corresponding conditions to structure and instrument specialty.
10.Do a good job in Party A's service work, including pre-project consultation, mid-term design, post-delivery, acceptance, etc.
11.Participate in the evaluation meetings organized by the construction unit or competent department.
12.Cooperate with Marketing Department in business and technical work.
13.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
