Yes, DKEC offers internship positions for outstanding junior undergraduate students and second-year master’s students from leading universities in China and abroad. The internship duration ranges from 2 to 6 months. Our available intern positions include Finance/HR/Administrative Assistant, Engineering Design Assistant, Marketing and Communications Assistant, and Equipment Manufacturing.
Exceptional interns will have the opportunity to join DKEC directly after graduation.
(1) Find Your Opportunity
If you apply for any position posted on our website, please submit your resume along with relevant supporting documents.
(2) Resume Review & Screening
Our recruitment team will review your resume to ensure that you have the relevant experience and qualifications for the position. We will then select the most suitable candidates. All applicants will receive a timely response from us.
(3) Phone Screening
Our recruitment team will arrange a phone interview with you to learn more about your background and assess whether you are a good fit for the position and for our company. This will also be an opportunity for us to answer any questions you may have, as we want to ensure that we are the right fit for you.
(4) Interview
Once we determine you're a good fit for the position, we'll invite you to a series of interviews, including a general competency interview, a professional knowledge interview, and a final round with the recruitment team and your potential direct manager. You'll have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with both the recruitment team and your future supervisor.
(5) Offer Extension
Congratulations! You've successfully passed our interviews and secured the position. We will discuss the salary package and other details with you, and then extend an official offer.
(6) Background Check & Medical Examination
After accepting our offer and with your consent, we will conduct a background check, which may take some time, especially if you have worked at multiple companies. Please be patient and complete the required medical examination during this period.

To help new employees quickly adapt to the company’s culture and work environment, gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations, and smoothly transition into their roles, the company arranges training for all new hires upon onboarding.
The training is divided into two phases:
Phase 1: Onboarding Training
This phase focuses on helping new employees deeply understand the core values, culture, and philosophy of DKEC, as well as its development history, strategic goals, organizational structure, products, and business operations.
Phase 2: On-the-Job Training
Each new employee is assigned a professional mentor to provide guidance and support for their specific role.
Management Trainee Program
The company offers a specialized training program for management trainees.
Personnel Files: The company accepts file management services. Employees can have their files transferred by the school, which will issue a "Registration Certificate" (报到证). As long as the certificate is addressed to the "Wuxi Talent Service Center," it will be accepted.
Household Registration: If a student's household registration was transferred to the university during enrollment, upon graduation, they can use the "Household Registration Transfer Certificate" (户口迁移证) issued by the school. The company accepts the household registration being kept in the company’s collective account.
